The KarJenner crew took the world by storm this week. Well, Kylie Jenner did. Her Forbes Magazine cover caused all kinds of excitement and outrage. Of course, it wasn’t the only thing that the family had on their plates this week.
Kylie’s Kover
As previously mentioned, Kylie made the cover of Forbes because she’s almost a “self-made” billionaire because of her successful Kylie Cosmetics brand. It is a pretty major accomplishment, one that multiple members of her famous family noted on social media. Kylie herself said on Instagram, “I’m so blessed to do what I love everyday. i couldn’t have dreamt this up!” While there was a lot of excitement surrounding the cover, there was also a lot of criticism around it.
CNN noted that there were plenty of people who scoffed at the “self-made” accolade. Many related that Kylie had a big step up thanks to her family and that’s why she’s been so successful. Regardless of what you think about the matter, Kylie‘s definitely gonna have the last laugh here. In fact, the businesswoman is probably gonna laugh all the way to the bank.
Kourtney Goes On The Defensive
What don’t people learn about trying to diss the Kardashians on social media? Like, it’s just not gonna work out for you, try-hards. One user on Instagram commented on the above photo of Kourtney Kardashian‘s with, “where are your kids.” Now, if the user actually followed Kourtney, she would know that the eldest Kardashian sibling’s kids are definitely on the Italian vacay with her. The day before this snap was posted, Kourtney even wrote a wonderful Instagram tribute to her daughter, Penelope Disick, which showed her in the European country with her mom.
Kourtney hit back with, “my son was taking the photo, and the other two were sitting a table across from me. Thank you so much for your concern.” Guess that settles that one.
Kris Gets Real
Kris Jenner took her turn in the spotlight with a new, revealing interview. Firstly, it should be noted that it was done with TMZ’s Harvey Levin on Fox News so… there’s that. In the actual interview, Kris got super open about one of her “biggest regrets” in life. She told Harvey that she was really happy in her marriage with her first husband, Robert Kardashian. But, things went South. “When I look back on it now, probably one of my biggest regrets in my life is that that marriage fell apart,” she said. It’s rather interesting to see Kris open up about such a personal time in her life and about a particularly intense period in her marriage. However, that is the KarJenner way, after all.
Fendi Fabulousness
The Kardashian Jenner family posts too many amazing photos across their various to even count. But, a series of photos definitely took the cake for the most adorable of the week. In their new Fendi campaign, Kim Kardashian, North West, and Kris posed altogether for the brand. As Entertainment Tonight noted, the photos are for the #MeAndMyPeekABoo campaign. They also reported that several videos featuring the “3 generations” were set to the tune of Kanye West‘s “Love Lockdown.” So, basically, every aspect of this photoshoot is cuteness personified.
Khloé & Tristan… Ugh
Enough, seriously. I’m so tired of seeing Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson together after what he did to her. Cut the cord on this relationship, girl. Alas, we’re all stuck with all of their “cute” couple moments on social media. Most recently, Tristan posted a video of him and Khloé vibing along to the radio and even sharing a few kisses. So, these two really have left everything in the past… I guess?
