Denise Richards Confirms That She 's Joined The Cast of 'RHOBH'!

Finally! After rumors and speculation, Denise Richards has finally confirmed that she’s joined the cast of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The 47-year-old actress spoke with People Magazine and confirmed that she’s officially earned her diamond. “I am so excited to join the cast as I am a huge fan of the show,” Richards told reporters.
“I am looking forward to spending time with all the ladies… and hopefully meeting Boy George!!” she added, speaking of course of Dorit Kemsley’s relationship with the ’80s icon.
Another source spoke with the magazine and told that that in the past the timing “had never been right.” But now as the ladies head into their ninth season they were finally able to strike a deal with Richards that would allow the actress to make her entrance onto the show.
“Denise is a huge Housewives fan and watches all of the shows,” the source told People. “And she has close relationships with many of the women in real life, including Kyle and Lisa Rinna.”
The source also disclosed that “the timing was never right for her in the past, but the producers needed to shake the dynamic of the show up after a season without much conflict. She’s going to be a great fit. She’s not afraid of the drama. And she lives a glamorous, Hollywood life — which the show looks for.”
The news comes after friend of Richards and host of the upcoming Bravo talk-show, Jerry O’Connell, spilled the beans about the decision to hire Richards on a recent red carpet. The Stand by Me actor told reporters that he and wife Rebecca Romijn were “very excited” about the news.
