Another week, another Kardashian-Jenner roundup. Shockingly it’s been a scandal-free week for the Kardashian-Jenner clan but a quiet week for them is still a crazy week for us mere mortals.
Here’s everything that went down with the KarJenner clan this week.
Kim Opens Up About Becoming a Lawyer
During her 73 questions video with Vogue, Kim revealed that she is studying to be a lawyer. This news shocked some fans and after receiving some criticism and backlash the KUWTK star opened up about her journey to become Elle Woods in a post on Instagram.
“Last year I registered with the California State Bar to study law. For the next 4 years, a minimum of 18 hours a week is required, I will take written and multiple choice tests monthly. As my first year is almost coming to an end I am preparing for the baby bar, a mini version of the bar, which is required when studying law this way. I’ve seen some comments from people who are saying it’s my privilege or my money that got me here, but that’s not the case. One person actually said I should “stay in my lane.” I want people to understand that there is nothing that should limit your pursuit of your dreams and the accomplishment of new goals. You can create your own lanes, just as I am. The state bar doesn’t care who you are. This option is available to anyone who’s state allows it. It’s true I did not finish college. You need 60 college credits (I had 75) to take part in “reading the law”, which is an in-office law school being apprenticed by lawyers. For anyone assuming this is the easy way out, it’s not. My weekends are spent away from my kids while I read and study. I work all day, put my kids to bed and spend my nights studying. There are times I feel overwhelmed and when I feel like I can’t do it but I get the pep talks I need from the people around me supporting me. I changed my number last year and disconnected from everyone because I have made this strict commitment to follow a dream of mine – It’s never too late to follow your dreams. I want to thank Van Jones for believing in me and introducing me to Jessica Jackson. Jessica along with Erin Haney have taken on the role of my mentors and I am forever grateful to them both putting in so much time with me, believing in me and supporting me through this journey. This week I have a big torts essay due on negligence. Wish me luck,” Kim explained.
True Turns One! And Khloe and Tristan reunite!
True Thompson is officially one! Khloe’s baby girl turned one on Friday and the family got together on Saturday for a very Kar-Jenner birthday extravaganza. Khloe and True wore matching baby blue silk dresses and dusters. The party was a dream come true and featured pastel colored everything.
While Khloe and Tristan may no longer be a couple they did come together for their daughter’s first birthday. No word on how much Khloe and Tristan (or the rest of the Kar-Jenner family) interacted but it’s nice to see them do what’s best for True.
Kim Announces KKW Fragrance collab with Kylie
Buckle up because another KKW Fragrance is coming your way! This time Kim is collaborating with her younger sister Kylie on a KKW scent that’s sure to sell out in the blink of an eye. Since everything Kylie touches turns to gold I would run, not walk to get your hands on this scent when it launched on April 26th.
Kylie’s KKW Fragrance collab is very on-brand for Kylie Cosmetics and features three colorful lip-shaped bottles in nude, pink, and red. As for the scents, the fragrance features notes red lotus blossoms, liquid amber, and peony, which is perfect for spring.
Kris Reveals How Much the Kar-Jenners Make for Instagram Posts
If you’ve ever wondered how much the Kar-Jenners make for a sponsored Instagram post then listen up because Kris Jenner is spilling the tea.
“My daughters are constantly getting offers to post something for a company, or a brand, on social media,” Kris revealed CBS Sunday Morning. “So they’re — they have a fee for a post, or a fee for a story, a fee for Facebook, a fee for – you know — they have a fee schedule.”
While Kris didn’t give exact numbers she did say that daughters Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie “definitely” get “six figures” per post. And it turns out the price goes up if the product is “a pharmaceutical product, if it’s something that you’re going to drink, or ingest, or put on your body.”
As they say: The devil works hard but Kris Jenner works harder.
Kendall has awkward run-in with Jordyn Woods at Coachella

Rumor has it Kendall had awkward run-in with Jordyn at Coachella. According to Page Six, Jordyn was hanging out with Jayden Smith at the Bootsy Bellows bash when Kendall and her friends arrived.
“They were seated under the same cabana,” says a spy. “Kendall’s group turned their back toward Jordyn. Jordyn eventually got up and left.”
Kris In Talks to Renew KUWTK Until Season 21
Radar Online reports that Kris is working with the E! Network to renew Keeping Up With the Kardashians. The Kar-Jenners current $150M contract expires after the current season 16, so Kris is in “tight negotiations” to secure a new “mega-million” dollar contract, which would keep the famous family on TV until at least season 21.
“Kris knows at the end of the day she is going to get what she wants because they are the Kardashians and no one will come to take their place right now,” summed up the source.
