About the Business:

No matter how many European trips we took, the end of the road always led to a traditional pub. We’d turn strangers into lifelong friends over a few brats and some of the best hand-crafted beer in the world. It was that simple fusing of hearty food, hops and people that inspired BRÜ HAUS.

We took that concept to the heart of West Los Angeles and added our born-in-LA twists – an open kitchen, great music, monthly tastings, DJ nights, guest chefs… All the touches that make BRÜ HAUS about the best.
