Taste of the Caribbean LA takes diners on a culinary journey to the West Indies, with contemporary Caribbean cuisine. What started out of a food truck in 2014, quickly blossomed into a bustling restaurant, located in the heart of Hollywood. The menu boasts dishes inspired by several Caribbean islands, created by owner and Executive Chef Bernard James.
