Money can’t buy you cla-hass… or keep you out of handcuffs if you’re LuAnn de Lesseps.

Real Housewives of New York star (52) is the latest lady to earn a mugshot after being arrested in Palm Beach, Florida on charges of battery against a police officer. Other charges include disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence and crimes against a person.

This almost ensures her spot as a cast member for the upcoming Season 10 of RHONY. LuAnn joins the criminal record club along with co-star Tinsley Mortimer, Porsha Williams, NeNe Leakes, and Teresa Giudice.

I wonder if her book Class with the Countess has a section for dealing with a felony?
